Saying goodbye is hard.
Brenda had such a hopeful, happy heart even when faced with adversity that would destroy most of us.
Brenda loved her family but more than anything she loved her son, Tyler, with an intensity and protectiveness that makes me heartbroken yet so very proud of her.
I will always reflect on our youth as a time of tremendous happiness and partnership, loving and fighting as siblings do, Brenda in the passenger seat, driving around town in my little Chevy Luv, hitting up McDonald’s or wherever our free hearts desired.
I hope Brenda has found peace and comfort. I hope she is in Heaven, reunited with family lost, Grandpa Ed and Great Grandma, looking down on us and knowing she truly was loved and that she will forever be missed.
