His siblings who have their own health problems allowed his cousins Al and Ruth Ramey and their companion Linda Smith to oversee and manage Joe's care and affairs. Most of Joe's adult life was spent as a truck driver for various companies and later with his own semi tractor moving containers. He also worked in auto wrecking. Joe was a fanatical gambler and other than supporting himself and maintaining his truck in a safe condition he gambled his money away. His home away from home was Muckleshoot Casino. Most of his adult life was spent in the Highline area when off the over the road trucking. He also helped his brother Ken who was a stock and indie car racing chapmion before retiring. For the last four and one half years Joe resided at the Emerald Luv & Care Adult Family Home under their excellent care which the family greatly appreciates. Joe will be missed by many. Joe has been cremated and at this time there will be no services.
