Thomas Eugene Mitchell was born on October 10, 1937 and passed away peacefully at home on Decemeber 28, 2019 in the company of his loving family. 

He is survived by his wife Joyce, their 4 children; Todd, Glenn, Sandra, Christine amd his sweet granddaughter. 

Together, the family will be holding a memorial service in this honor.
