Rebecca Lee Denison

Rebecca Lee Parker was born on August 21st, 1966 to Harry & Judy Parker in Sioux City, Iowa. She grew up in many places, including Washington, Colorado and California, although Colorado was her favorite. Go Broncos!

In 1991, she was married to David Denison in Yelm, WA and together they moved to Spanaway, WA and raised their four children. Rebecca’s favorite hobbies included quilting, rock painting, and spending time with her family. She made several long-time friends in her lifetime and their love for Rebecca throughout her illness is a testament to her character.

Rebecca is preceded in death by her father, Harry, and sister, Lorraine. She is survived by her mother, Judy; husband, Dave; children, Laura, Jennifer, Jessica, and Damon. She is also survived by her brother, Mark, and nieces Meghan and Sarah.

Rebecca left this earth on August 16th, 2019 at St. Clare Hospital in Lakewood, WA due to complications from her cancer. She was a wife, mother, friend, and a fighter until the end. Her wisdom, wit, and humor will be missed.
