Obituary of Charles Robert Buffington

Born: 3/25/1955     Died: 6/30/2019

After suffering a long illness, Charles R. Buffington passed away at home on Sunday, June 30th, 2019.  

Memorial Services will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on Saturday, July 13th, at 11:30 am.  Church is located at 2455 South 78th Street, Tacoma, WA, 98409.

He is predeceased by his parents, Kenneth Buffington and Ruth Kelly; older brothers Mike and Steve Buffington; older sister Lynn Crosby and younger sister Lana Buffington.  He is survived by his older sister Barbara Millman and his twin brother Stuart Buffington; his daughter Tanya Campbell and her two children; numerous nieces and nephews.

Charles was born in Malta Montana on March 25, 1955.  The family relocated to Tacoma in 1960 where Charles resided for the rest of his life.  He attended Mt Tahoma High School.  Charles was retired having worked in construction and the Hotel/Motel industries.  Among many hobbies, fishing was one of his favorites. He also loved his jokes.  His last two favorites are as follows:
