Lynn passed peacefully at his home in Gig Harbor Washington on June 19th 2019 , at 74 years young.

He is preceded in death by his father Henry, mother Roberta & brother Robin. He is survived by his daughter Gina (Jack) Newberry,  son Eric (Patty) Thomas, sister Cathy Thomas, his grandchildren Jordan, Jasmine, Isabelle, Avery, Trenton, Seth, Jessica, Liam, and Micah, and his nephews Jamie, Jeff, Jon, Jacob, and Dan. As well as many great friends.

Lynn (aka) Papa Smurf was a free bird,  he loved to travel and explore new adventures. He loved Mason Lake , frequented Mount Rainer,  rafted yearly on the Deschutes river in Maupin Oregon. He loved riding his Harley, golfing, and was a snowbird to Yuma Arizona.

All who knew him loved him. He was a great conversationalist, always the life of the party, and lived life to the fullest.

He will be gravely missed by many, but his legacy will go on.

As per his request, we will be celebrating his life on August 3rd 2019 from 1:00 – 5:00 PM at the Eagles in Gig Harbor, 4425 Burnham drive.   We will be listening to Blues and having some brews.   

         As he would say,  “BOO YAH"
