Obituary of Susan Ann Rosamond

Surrounded by the love of family and friends, Susan Rosamond passed away at Franciscan Hospice House the evening of June 12th, 2019. Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, Susan will be missed by all who knew her.

Susan was a devoted teacher for over 30 years in the Tacoma School District and her Christian school in Spokane.

She had a grace about her that put all at ease and lifted their spirits. She left behind a legacy of humility, friendship, and love. Susie inspired all to do and be their best.

Susan leaves behind a loving husband, Richard, of 52 years, two sons, Thomas and Kirk, grandson, Thomas Jr., Sister, Aleene and two brothers, Steve and Scott as well as many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at Susan’s church, Ascension Lutheran, in Tacoma on July 13, at 1 PM.
