Obituary of Cameron D Wilson

Cameron Duprece Wilson, 17, of Federal Way, passed on May 13, 2019 of a sudden tragic death.  He was born on August 28, 2001 in Renton, WA, the baby of three.  He attended Todd Beamer High School where he was soon to graduate. Cameron was on the football, baseball and track team.  He used these avenues to escape the negative things in life. Cameron paved his own way through life such as obtaining his GED then continuing to pursue his High School Diploma. His determination and independency gave him the tenacious personality to pursue his dreams.

Cameron’s goal was to further his education and pursue a career in computer programming.  His keen ability to build computers, without formal training was one of his God given talents.  He was a natural born leader even when he himself required guidance.  Cameron’s personality brought peace and harmony wherever he went.

Cameron is survived by his mother Rochelle Wilson, his brother Brandon and his sister Tyeisha.  He also leaves his grandmother, Eloise Wilson of Hesperia California.  He is also survived by his niece Sienna Williams, and aunt Rhoda Simmons.  

The Vann Family, Cameron’s extended family assisted in caring and nurturing him.  Cameron was truly blessed to have the Vann Family as a part of his life. I would like to personally thank the Van Family in allowing Cameron to spend many of days and nights with them.  The Van Family were instrumental in giving Cameron the additional guidance and direction that he needed.

Funeral arrangements are being handled by Edwards Memorial Funeral & Cremation Services.  The funeral will be held on Monday, May 20, 2019 at 11:00am – 2:00pm at the funeral home.  Donations would be kindly accepted. Thank you all for your warm support and kind words.
