Obituary of Albert Edward Ellis

 Albert Edward Ellis

Albert Edward Ellis, AKA ‘Ed Ellis’, age 59, of Tacoma, Washington, passed away on April 28th, 2019 in his home amongst friends and family.

Ed was born July 17th, 1959 in Tacoma, Washington to Gloria & Elroy Ellis. Ed is survived by his brothers David And Doug Ellis, his son Edward Ellis, and his daughters Heather Neifert and Jennifer Ellis. He is also survived by his grandchildren Skye, Deisha, Macaela, Ryan, Ivy, Desiraye, and Lestasia.

Throughout his life he was a hard and dedicated worker. Even though he had a number of different jobs, his work ethic never waivered. He had many skills to include, painting, automotive, or anything that required his hands. In other words, a jack of all trades. His passions included hunting, fishing, golf, bowling, music, and hanging out with family. He was a loving and devoted father, son, and friend who enriched the lives of all of those around him. His kindness, humor and generosity was limitless. He brought, smiles, laughter and joy to the world with his wit and sense of humor. He always had some kind of joke to lighten the mood of any situation. He also wasn’t one to ask for a handout, and generally sacrificed what he had for others. Amongst the many qualities that Ed possessed, his determination to make others happy, was always a priority to him. As sad and hard as it is to live without him, his legacy will live on, and he will be greatly missed and loved by everyone who was a part of his life.

The date and time for his memorial has not been set at this time. When this information becomes available, the family will notify all attendees.
