He is survived by his wife, Susan; son, John Victor Tuttle; two daughters, Elisabeth Anne Thomas, Pamela Sue Tuttle; two sisters, Bonnie Paigen, Celia Brown; son in law, Jeremy Thomas; daughter in law, Mardell Tuttle; and numerous extended family members and friends.
