Lyubov was born January 10, 1965 in  and passed away April 20, 2019 in Tacoma, WA.  She is survived by her husband Nikolay; three daughters, Anna Borisevich, Olga Lutsyuk, Galina Lutsyuk; two sons, Pavel Lutsyuk, Mark Lutsyuk; three brothers, Victor Frankov, Anatoliy Frankov, Vladimir Frankov;  and numerous extended family members and friends.
