Hwa Cha was born January 6, 1941 in  and passed away April 19, 2019 in University Place, WA.  She is survived by her daughter, Lee Youmans; three sons, Patrick Brazil, Andrew Brazil, Michael Brazil;  and numerous extended family members and friends.
