Obituary of Sheryl Lynn Blomlie

Our mother was born in Tacoma, Washington on March 7, 1944. She was 64 years young when she passed away on August 17, 2008. Her life was filled with challenges, many that she overcame. She went to college and pursued a career in teaching. She worked for the Tacoma Public School District for over 22 years. She loved her work and her co-workers. She left behind 4 daughters, 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. All of her children were able to say goodbye. In 2006 she was diagnosed with colon cancer, even with all types of treatment, the cancer took her life. PLEASE get tested. We love you and miss you Mom.
