Hold on to what is good even if it is a handful of earth. Hold on to what you believe even if it is a tree which stands by itself. Hold on to what you must do even if it is a long way from here. Hold on to life even when it is easier letting go. Hold on to my hand even when I have gone away from you. - Pueblo Blessing My thoughts are with you. I am sorry for your loss.

To Sheryl's daughters and family, I was sorry to hear of your mom's passing. My mom Marlene (Nelson)Barlow, shared your e-mail with me. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. I only met your mom once, but talked to her on the phone a couple times and a e-mail joke or two or twenty...etc.. She was a smile, a ray of sun light and a joy. I thanked her after my Uncle Gerald passed away, for being a part of his life in his final years. I truely felt how she could make people happy for sharing a part of her life with us. I also thank our Lord and Saviour for the time she shared here on this earth. I will always rememger her smile, laughter and joy, that could be felt through words on a page. God Bless, Sue Covel

Sheryl was such a part of our school. she will be missed. Whenever I needed to find something or I jammed the copier she was their to help me out. She taught me how to handle the machine instead of the machine handling me. I will me her at Larchmont as well as her awesome emails.

So very sorry to hear of the recent passing of Sheryl. I had the pleasure of working with her for many years at Larchmont. She loved to help me with my First Grade curriculum & make samples for my weekly art demos/projects in First Grade. Sheryl was very talented in mechanical reasoning & technology; she could problem solve many things that I was clueless about....and we always had a good laugh about it too;I made sure she knew how very appreciative I was of her support & expertise!! We shared the common love of growing flowers & gardening; I often brought her things from my yard; Sheryl always came to my Garden Club plant sale every May.I hope that she is now 'blooming' in a better place & listening to her Rod Stewart favorites!! Peace & healing to her loved ones. Fondly, Terri

Your mom was such a wonderful person. I have worked with her for a number of years at Larchmont. She fought so hard with great perserverance. Now she is at peace and no longer in pain. May you all know how terffic your mom was, how special she was to all who worked with her, and that she will be missed and remembered. May God bless and comfort you at this time.
