Obituary of James Richard Klundt

Jim went home to be with his Lord and Savior on April 9, 2006. He was born in Twin Falls, Idaho on April 21, 1936. His early years were spent in Twin Falls until he was drafted into the Army in 1958. In 1960 he married Marian Reese, of Kennewick, Washington whom he met while she was teaching school in Twin Falls. Being stationed at Fort Lewis, Washington, they made their home in Tacoma. After leaving the Army Jim worked at Nalleys Fine Foods and later at Globe Machine Manufacturing Co. as an engineering technician. He was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. Jim is survived by his loving wife of 46 years Marian; daughter, Janice (Brian) Rodenbeck of Fircrest, WA; son, Jim of Lakewood, WA; 5 grandchildren; 2 sisters and 1 brother of Twin Falls, Idaho. A Celebration of Jim’s life will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday, April 18, 2006 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 140 E. 56th St., Tacoma, WA 98404. Arrangements by Edwards Memorial Center 253-566-1008.
