Obituary of Brith Helene Kvamme

Born 11/27/1934 in Oslo, Norway and passed away 3/4/2007. She came to the US at the age of 20 and worked for the Bank of California in San Francisco and then in Tacoma. She married John Kvamme and after raising her family she had a small business called Britt’s Designs selling Scandinavian hand painted items. She and John celebrated their fiftieth wedding anniversary on 9/1/2006. Brith was a member of Life Center Church. Brith is survived by her loving husband John; 3 sons, Lawrence, Thomas (Janice), Curtis; daughter, Gail (Roger) Cronk; 12 grandchildren; sister, Edith Anderson; and brother Bjorn Bratlie. Viewing to be held 4-8 PM Wednesday, 3/7/2007 at Edwards Memorial Center, 3005 Bridgeport Way W., University Place, WA 98466. Memorial service to be held 1:00 PM Thursday, 3/8/2007 at Life Center Church, 1717 S. Union Ave, Tacoma, WA. Private burial at Tahoma National Cemetery.
