Obituary of Stanley T. Godyn

Stanley T. Godyn, Sr. (USAF ret.) Born 12/4/1948 in Brazil and passed away unexpectedly 7/17/2008 in Parkland, WA. Stan “Jim-san” is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Mizue “Miiko”; 2 sons, Stan Jr. (Teresa), Steve; 2 daughters, Victoria Godyn, Michelle Godyn; granddaughter, Sasha; 2 sisters, Teresa and Maria; mother, Vicki Godyn. Preceded in death by his father John and granddaughter, Megumi “Grace”. Funeral service to be held 11:30AM Wednesday 7/23/2008 at Lakeview Chapel, 4606 108th St. SW, Lakewood, WA. Viewing will take place 1 hour prior to the service. Interment with full military honors will be held tentatively 2:15PM Wednesday 7/23/2008 at Tahoma National Cemetery, 18600 SE 240th St., Kent, WA 98042.
