We were good friends our senior year of HS. I had been trying to find you over the last few years since we had lost touch. My heart is extremely broken right now. My favorite memory is Valentine's Day. We chose to be each other's valentine's since we were both single. You showed up with so many balloons I was so embarrassed to walk around school all day with them. The cutest singing dog L is for the way you look at me, O is for the only one I see, V is very very extraordinary, E is even more then anyone that I adore and Love was made for you and meeee! Is what he sang! Girl rest easy I hope you are having the time of your life up above and I hope to meet you again in the next life! ❤

Today I was able to attend your beautiful service I think you would of been proud. I was only able to meet you in a couple family gatherings but i realize today what joy you brought my little cousin Jimmy and that i know are family is greatful for. It's difficult to explain what we shared through 250 words, because words will never do justice. But, here it goes. I remember the first day we met, hung out, and stayed up all night laughing together about nothing. You were filled with such energy, passion, laughter, and positivity. Your magnetic spirit reeled me in right away, and I'm very grateful we became soulmates, and most of all best friends. We shared some wonderful years together, and were there for eachother in ways that no one else will ever understand. I remember when we would talk about growing old together, and having wheelchair races when we were 90 years old. Megs, I hope you know you've always held a special place in my heart. We crossed paths on this earth for a reason, and you've done what you came here to do. You've been a positive influence on many people during your life, and will remain eternally in each of our soul's. I still have the 'x' that we carved on our hands when we made our 'best friends' pact. Everytime I look at it or think of you, all I can do is smile, and remember all the joy we shared and brought eachother. Because of you, I am who I am today. Megan, You were our first baby and led the way for all the rest. The day you arrived we were all so mesmerized and immediately fell in love. What a strong, vibrant spirit we received into our family. On the day you died, I watched the wind moving through the trees. Their silver-green leaves twisted and danced in response and I thought of you-moving through on the wind-free. I wish for you the freedom and lightness of this movement. I wish for you peace. It has been a gift knowing you and having you in my life and I will miss you terribly. When a heart breaking tragedy occurs of someone we love, we have no completely satisfactory answer to life's painful problems. We do know however that the Lord is present with us. For He said,'He would never leave us.'(Heb.13:5) Megan was a bright and beautiful young lady with a smile that could lift your spirit. She was my son Wayland's first daughter. She called me Papa Jud. Megan you will be missed. You have a amazing heart. I know how truly in love Jimmy and you were.
