DEAR PIPER FAMILY- We are saddened to hear of Florence's passing. She was employed with us at North Star Glove Co. here in Tacoma,WA for over 41 years; from Nov. 1942 until her retirement in April 1984. Florence was a professional seamstress on our premiere White Ox glove sewing line. She started at our downtown S.24th. & Pacific Ave. plant, working on the top floor, and made the transition with us to our current Nalley Valley plant in the summer of 1963.
