Carol: I just wanted to say goodbye. And; also thank you for your dedicated, loyal and long time service to the Historical Society. You were one that could always be counted on to have it done and done right. I know not how many years you spent keeping the financial records but I do know you served the Society extremely well in a much needed position. As with all good people your trip to heaven will be short. God Bless. You will be missed.

A smile is a wonderful gift to give others, and Carol always gave that gift to all. She met me with open arms and heart each and every time. She and I walked the same paths many times when I was the Gig Harbor Key Peninsula Cultural Arts Commission Executive Director. Those who give to others as she did are never forgotten as they become a part of all of us. Blessings to her family and those who loved her and will miss her.

I will always remember Carol with Navy League... At my first meetings, she made sure I was welcome and then made sure I was one of her volunteers... She helped with everything from decorating to cooking and cleaning. She had a wonderful spirit and great sense of humor. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her including me...... To her great sense of doing good things, I send my love and remembrances........sincerely..... Jacque Smith Burdette President, Gig Harbor Navy League

I will forever remember her quick wit, beautiful smile and welcoming nature. Aunt Carol offered her sister's and their children a place to congregate and some of my fondest memories are the times spent at their home. I can see her laughing and that vision will always put a hearfelt smile on my face. Aunt Carol will forever be part of my most special memories.

Carol was such a cool gal. I remember her insisting I stay with her and Bill in Gig Harbor when ever I had business trips to Tacoma. I got to know my mom's best friend during those visits. Will cherish those memories.. My love and prayers to all you Gormans.. Renee MacDonald
