"Liz", born Elizabeth Marie Pace, will be remembered by family and friends for her strength, determination & Great Southern cooking . . . famous to her children for homemade jams, fried okra and the best biscuits & gravy in town!

Born in Greenville County, South Carolina, "Liz" moved to Tacoma, Washington in 1957, where she lived for 20 years before moving to Puyallup where she resided for 31 years.
She was a valued employee at The Forbidden City restaurant in Puyallup for 33 years. Previous to working at the City, "Liz" also worked at McChord NCO Club, The Chieftan, Busch's Round Table, The Auburn Elks & The Poodle Dog Cafe. "Liz" retired in September 2004 at the age of 75.
The oldest of nine children, "Liz" will be missed by her own nine children:

"Liz" will also be missed by her 19 Grandchildren and 22 Great-Grandchildren.
Memorial service will be held on Tuesday March 11, 2008 at 11:00AM in the Lakeview Chapel 4606 108th St. SW, Lakewood, WA.
