Obituary of Audrey Ruth Shaw

Audrey Ruth Baker Shaw was born in Priest River, Idaho, where she lived until her family moved to Los Angeles in 1923. She lived in LA for 56 years.She married Gene Shaw in 1939 in LA. They had 4 children, Terry, Monte, Steven and Dorothy.She graduated from Mt. Sac JR. College with a degree in nursing as an LPN. When she retired in 1980, she moved to Allyn to be near her family. Audrey is survived by her 4 children, her niece Michiele, 10 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.She was a loving fun mother who enjoyed reading, writing, singing and most of all, telling the story of Jesus.She loved Calvary Chapel, Silverdale, and all the young people who leaned on her for prayer support, wisdom and guidance. Audrey was well-loved and had a long life full of friends, family and blessings. She will be made whole when she meets Jesus. Amen and amen.A memorial service in Audrey's honor will be Dec.7th at 12:30 p.m. at CK Jr. High at 10130 Frontier Pl.
