Lee is survived by his loving wife of 45 years Janice of Mercer Island, WA; son, Michael Horne of Grand Coulee, WA; daughter, Shelah (David) Frey of Bellevue, WA; 2 brothers, Jim (Barbara) Horne of Gig Harbor, WA, twin brother, Bert (Carolyn) Horne of Olympia, WA; and step-mother, Martha Horne of Olympia, WA.
