Obituary of Janet Rachel Proietti

Janet was born in Lockport, NY to Maurice and Rachel Salmons. She lived many years in Lockport, raising her family and doing what normal families do. Later in life she relocated to sunny Phoenix, AZ as did her brother Fred and his family. She worked there many years in the food service industry until her retirement. Jan always held strong family ties, she especially loved all the children in her extended family. Jan relocated one last time to Tacoma, WA to be near her son Tom and his family. Janet struggled these last few years with many health issues, and finally passed due to complications from a major stroke. She left this life to be near the lord, and to be welcomed into the afterlife by her daughter Mary Jo, who preceded her. It is Janet’s wish that no flowers or gifts be sent, but please say a prayer and keep her in your thoughts.
