Born 2/25/1959 in Clovis, NM and passed away unexpectedly 1/5/2008 in Tacoma, WA.
Cathy is survived by her husband, Jay Dee Ballard; 2 daughters, Brandie (Michael) Hill, Julie Copeland; 2 sons, Leonard (Sabrina) Ballard, Mike (Tara) Shadle; father, Wayne Burgess; 3 brothers, David, Jim, & Jeff Burgess; and 11 grandchildren. The family will be having a private gathering at a later date.
