Born  on  June  1st,  1985,  +Mathias,  who  was  affectionately known  as  “Jun”,  at  home  or  “Matt”  to close  relatives  and  friends, was  granted  his  angel wings  to  fly  on  to  his  new  home  in  Paradise on  the  morning  of  June  6,  2021,  at  the  age  of  36. He was  born  on  the  island  of  Saipan,  NMI, and  was  raised  in  the  village  of  Tanapag.    He  lived in  Houston,  Texas  for  14  years and  was  the loving  and  caring  father  to  two  daughters.    He  was the  youngest  of  six  siblings  and  will  always be  remembered for  his  sense  of  humour,  kindness,  generosity and  unconditional  love  for  his family.


In  his  new  life,  he  will  be  greeted  and  reunited  with his  parents,  +Mathias  Daniel  Mahora  & +Virginia  Norita  Mahora,  his  sister, +Lima  A.  Mahora, his  paternal  grandparents,  +Daniel  & +Ived  Soulik  Mahora,  his  maternal  grandparents,  +Pedro N.  &  +Victorina Limes  Norita.


His  precious  memories,  unconditional  love  and  laughter will  forever  live  on  in  the  hearts  of  his daughters,  Matiana  and Zuliana; his  sisters,  Esther N.  Mahora;  Paula  N.  Mahora  &  Redson  R. Herwin,  their  children/grandchildren;  his  brothers, Al  N.  & Leslie  V.  Mahora  and  children;  Bert  L. & Arlene  S.  Laniyo;  reared  siblings,  Anna  L.  Norita, Leonard  N.  and  Erwin  H.  Fred,  Jr. Uncles,  Aunties  &  Extended  Families: Children  of  the  late  +Manuel  L.  &  +Estella  I.  Norita Vicente  L.  &  Sylveria  C.  Norita  & Children Linda  R.  Norita  &  Children  (+Pedro  L.  Norita) Donald  L.  Norita--Remedio L.  Norita Consolacion  N.  &  Alvin Joseph C.  Cepeda &  Children Dina Ellen N.  &  Nolasko  N.  Kaliga and son,  Travis Alice S.  Igitol &  Children (+Victorino N.  Igitol) Erwin H.  Fred


+Mathias will also be missed by  numerous uncles,  aunts,  cousins, nephews, nieces, godchildren, close relatives and friends who became  family. Mass  of  intention for  the  repose of  his  soul is  offered  daily at  Tanapag Church at  6pm.


+Mathias will be  with us  for  the  last  time  on  Wednesday,  June 16th,  2021 at  the  Edwards Memorial Funeral Home in  Lakewood, WA,  where  his  remains will be  cremated.    Visitations and last  respects  will be  held at the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, 11020 S Tacoma Way Lakewood, WA 98499. Viewing will be from 9-11am followed by service from 11-12pm.
